Mr. Willie C. Bean

HOULKA, MS- Mr. Willie C. Bean, 76, passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at his home in Houlka. He was was born on September 8, 1941 in Chickasaw County to the late L.C. Bean and Roszelia Cook. He was a upholstery wroker.

Services will be held on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 1p.m. at West Grove M.B. Church in Houlka. Burial will take place at Thompson Chapel Church Cemetery (East County Line) in Houlka. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories three sons: Kerry Bean of Pontotoc, Eddie Bean of Tupelo, MS and Jerry Bean of Houlka. Two daughters: Diann Young of Houlka and Joann Wilson of Okolona, MS. Four brothers: Joe L. Bean , James Bean , Willie Rex all of Houlka and Melvin Bean of Milwaukee, WI. Four sisters: Linda Hill of Milwaukee, WI, Virgina Keys of Pontotoc, Ella Jefferson and Ada Mae Brinker both of Houlka. Thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 6-8p.m. at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home Chapel in Pontotoc.
