Tony V. Holpe

Mr. Tony V. Holpe was born June 8, 1962, in Marshall County, MS, to the late Travis Holpe, Sr., and Janie Mae Morgan Holpe. He transitioned on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Baptist Desoto Hospital, Southaven, MS.

Tony attended Sims Jr. High School. He was an Auto Mechanic, Owner & Operator of his Trucking company. He loved fishing and traveling; and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys Football Team.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents: Travis Holpe, Sr., and Janie Mae Morgan Holpe; his wife: Sandra Beaird Holpe; brother; Travis Holpe, Jr., sister: Cherrice Holpe Jamison.

Tony leaves to cherish his memories; two sons: Thurmondus Beaird (Janetta) of Holly Springs, MS, and Tony Beaird (Tatiana) Englewood, CA; two daughters: Latonza Beard and Kanesha McFadden both of Florissant, MO; one brother: Terry Holpe of Byhalia, MS; two sisters: Janette Hamilton (Daniel) of Lake St. Louis, MO, Priscilla Holpe-Jones of Olive Branch, MS; eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS  38635. 

Services will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Smith Grove M.B. Church, 5776 Smith Grove Road, Holly Springs, MS  38635.

Body will lie in state one hour before service time.

Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
