Stephanie Nicole Spight, 40, transitioned on Monday, July 10, 2023, at her residence in Holly Springs, MS.
Stephanie Nicole Spight was born on August 4, 1982, to Sammie Lee Turnage and the late Mary Louise Spight in Memphis, TN.
Stephanie attended Awakening Church in Holly Springs, MS.
Stephanie was a 2002 graduate of Holly Springs High School, and later attended Rust College. She was a people person, and loved everyone she came across in her life. She loved kids, babysitting, writing poetry, doing hair, and most of all being around friends and loved ones. Stephanie will truly be missed by her friends and loved ones. She touched the lives of many people, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
On July 10, 2023 at her home in Holly Springs, MS; she departed her life for eternal life to be with the Lord.
She is survived by her father, Sammie Lee Turnage of Red Banks, MS; two brothers, Lekeyo Payne of Holly Springs, MS, Sammie Turnage Jr. of New Albany, MS; four sisters, Susie Walls of Red Banks, MS, Natalie Payne of Memphis, TN, Tasha Spight and Sametria Nevels (Clevin) both of Holly Springs, MS; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Louise Spight; grandparents, Willie Mae Guy, Arie Mull Spight, Sam Turnage and William M. Spight; one brother, Perry Coleman; and two nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m, at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS 38635
Services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023, 2:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS 38635
