Mr. Sammy Lee Love, 72, of Hickory Flat, MS, transitioned on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at AMG Specialty Hospital North MS, Batesville, MS.

Mr. Sammie Lee Love was born October 29, 1951, to the late Arthur Love and Lucille Thompson Isom, in Marshall County, MS. He departed this life on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

Sammie attended Old Salem High School.  He loved fishing, hunting, playing video games; he was a friendly, and helpful person, and he loved being around his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Love, his mother, Lucille Thompson Isom; two brothers, Freddie B. Love and James Brown; sister, Ruby Doris Harris; brother n law, L.G. Brown.

Sammie leaves to cherish his memory three brothers: James Isom (Gracie) of Blue Mountain, MS, Willie Isom (Teresa) of Myrtle, MS and Arthur Love Jr. of Potts Camp, MS;  six sisters: Sarah White of Hickory Flat, MS, Alice Isom and Mary Tunstall (John) both of Memphis, TN, Cynthia Ann Brown of New Albany, MS, Nell Love and Christy Love both of Potts Camp, MS, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
