Ronald Wayne (Raynell) Ayers

Ronald (Raynell) Ayers was born May 10, 1943 to the late Mr. Odell and Alice Ayers of Benton County MS. He departed life on August 22, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS.

He confessed his belief in Christ at an early age and later joined Greenwood Missionary Baptist Church in Lamar, MS. Raynell retired from Mulay after working there for many years. After retirement, he enjoyed the rest of his life by doing the things he loved, like sitting under his favorite tree.

He lives to cherish his memories, his wife Irene Thomas of Holly Springs MS. Two sons Ronnie Ayers(Sharon),Anthony Bowen(Patricia). Two daughters Lola Ayers(Audrey),Angela Thomas(Jeremiah) all of Holly Springs, MS. Two sisters, Lillian Tucker and Annie Ayers of Memphis, TN. Four Brothers, Brinkley Ayers(Shirley), Melvin Ayers, Jimmie Ayers and Arthur Ayers all of Memphis, TN. Twenty-one grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and host of nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by three sons, one daughter, two sisters and four brothers.
