Mrs. Mary Pulliam

Mrs. Mary Pulliam, 92, transitioned on Monday, July 3, 2023, at New Albany Health & Rehab, in New Albany, MS.

Mary Elizabeth Braddock Pulliam "Boosie" was born March 30, 1931 in  Union County, New Albany, Mississippi to Audrious McGee and Everlena Braddock. She transitioned from this life July 3, 2023 at New Albany Health and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Mary was employed as a seamstress at the Shirt Factory in New Albany for many years. She was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Ecru, Mississippi.

She was married to Noverta Pulliam. 

Mrs. Mary is survived by one son: Pinkie Pulliam, 3 grandchildren  Alice Williams, Shayna Jones (Tkoyo) and Julius Judon, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews including: James Dean, Jerry (Jean) Dean,  Ruby (George) Godwin, Joyce Smith, Richard (Amy) Smith, Lee (Georgia) Smith,  Annie Smith  and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Noverta, one son: SJ Williams, one grandson: Patrick Pulliam, nephews: Joe L. Edwards, Earl Dean and niece; Yvonne Starks.

Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., Serenity Funeral Home, 722 Coulter Drive, New Albany, MS..
