L.V. Bell, Jr. '"Bruh"

L.V. Bell, Jr. “Bruh” was born on March 20, 1966, in Red Banks, MS, to the late L.V. Bell, Sr. and Bettie Jean Moore. He departed this life on Friday, February 3, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital East in Memphis, TN. 

L.V. Bell , Jr. accepted Christ at an early age, joining Mt. Pleasant Church of Christ now Cornerstone Church of Christ in Byhalia, MS. He was employed at Chris Woods Construction Company in Memphis, TN.  He also enjoyed hauling scraps and fishing.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories two sons: D'Angelo Fleming and Isiah Seymour, both of Memphis, TN; two daughters: Jalisa Fleming and Bre'Anna Fleming both of Memphis, TN; one brother: Oscar Moore of Red Banks, MS; two sisters: Virginia Horton and Betty Joyce Long both of Holly Springs, MS; a special friend Sherry Black of Memphis, TN; he also leaves 6 grandchildren, a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents L.V. Bell, Sr. and Bettie Jean Moore; two brothers Freddie Lee Moore and Sylvester Moore, and one sister Alice Jean Butler. 

Serenity Funeral Home of Holly Springs, MS, is in charge of arrangements.
