Kelexis "KeKe" Berry, 24, of Ecru, MS, transitioned on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center, in Tupelo,
On March 22, 2001, in New Albany, Mississippi, God blessed Avery Judon and Robert Berry with a beautiful baby girl named Kelexis Keara Berry. A bundle of blessings that they saw as a gift from God. Though the only girl of Avery and Robert. She along with her brothers Jabreon Judon, Rayaunta Judon, and Joseph Berry under their grandfather Samuel Judon, grew into beautiful young adults, before they nestled under the wings of their father Robert Berry. But before she ventured out Kelexis blossomed into the young woman who many would come to know as KeKe.
In her youth KeKe was a student at North Pontotoc Attendance Center in Ecru, MS. Blessed with a family that embedded the word of God in her. Thanks to her grandfather Samuel Judon. She professed her belief in Jesus Christ and became a member of Bibleway Holiness Church in Ecru, MS.
KeKe was blessed to become a mother when she brought her daughter Jadeui Berry and her son Ryheim Berry into this world.
On July 20, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS, KeKe transitioned, but not before God produced one more miracle through her before she passed. A beautiful baby boy named Kyston Berry, a very favored farewell gift to this world. Kelexis is preceded in death by her brother Roderick Berry, her mother’s mother, Mrs. Annie Judon, and her father’s father Mr. Sonny Joe Chew; she leaves to cherish her memories; her mother Avery Judon , along with her special friend Marquise Robinson; her father Robert Berry and his special friend Davita Louis; five brothers: Jabreon Judon, Rayaunta Judon, Joseph Berry, Malcolm Berry, and Will Foot; in addition to her siblings, Kelexis will always be remembered by her grandfather Samuel Judon, a man who was very close to her heart. She was also blessed to have a grandmother, Mrs. Lois Hurd, in her life as well. Kelexis was blessed with two close cousins, Sandy and Jenna. Ms. Wanitta Young was also one who played a very important role in KeKe’s life, and she will always have a place in Ms. Young’s heart. Just as she will always be remembered by her godmother’s Ms. Teresa Simmons and Mrs. Crystal Bowls. Memories of KeKe will always be embedded in their hearts; as well as the hearts of her aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many cousins and friends.
