On September 8, 1988, in Oxford, MS, Justin C. Crumb was born to Mitchell C. Freeman and Barbara A. Crumb.
He was the youngest of nine children, in which a unique bond was developed with each of them.
Justin walked proudly across the stage as a graduate of Holly Springs High School, Class of 2007.
Justin was truly a special person who brought so much life and energy into the world around him. He enjoyed simple things like spending time with family, sharing jokes, and creating moments. He worked hard, cared deeply, and made others feel appreciated. He loved relaxing with music, working out, watching sports, and having great conversations
He departed this life on February 2, 2026, in Woodville, MS.
Justin will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his maternal grandmother: Nina Brice of Holly Springs, MS; four brothers: Jarvis Crumb (Roslyn) of Southaven, MS, Meshach Crumb of New Albany, MS, Kevin Freeman, and Mithcell Freeman (Michelle) both of Memphis, TN; two sisters: Candis Freeman of Memphis, TN and Lillian McCranie (Calvin) of Millington, TN; four nephews: Karrington Finley and Karon Finley both of Holly Springs, MS, Mekel Crumb of New Albany, MS, and Mechi Crumb of TX; two nieces: Kameya Crumb and Kynsley Shelby both of Yazoo City, MS; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Barbara A. Crumb; sister: Octavia R. Crumb; and brother: Nicholas Crumb.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 North Memphis Street Holly Springs, MS 38635
Services will be on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel.
