Jessie Willie ("Babe Brother") Gilbert

Jessie "Babe Brother" Gilbert was born September 19, 1945 in New Albany, MS to the late Willie Gilbert and Lula Mae Robinson

"Babe Brother" was a retired truck driver for Merchants Truckline in New Albany and later worked for Union Lumber Company for many years.

He leave to cherish his loving memories his wife of 40years Mary Joyce Gilbert, four sons Reginald (Shavon) McWilliams, Jessie McWilliams, Jessie Smith, and Jermaine Smith all of New Albany, MS, two daughters Jennifer Biggs and Gracie Ivy both of New Albany, MS, sister Mattie Gilbert of Pontotoc, MS, 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
