Gloria Jean Jones

Gloria Jean Turner Jones was born on March 27, 1961 in Slayden, MS to the late W.C Turner and late Geneva Mcgaughey Turner which preceded her in death.
She attended Sand Flat High School in Slayen, MS and professed her life in Christ at Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Slayden, MS. In her later years, she worked at Carriers Corporation for 23yrs until her health failed.
  She loved to cook, clean and care for others as well as making sure everyone else was happy. She had a big heart and loved her family dearly. She always kept the most beautiful smile on her face. She also wanted everyone that knew and loved her to know, don't grieve or cry for me, I'm free at last! I'm walking the path God laid out for me. I'm resting now!
She leaves to cherish her memory: A loving husband Robert Lee Jones Jr. of Memphis, TN (2daughters) Tasha Robinson(Lee) of Holly Springs,MS; Sherry Hughes of Memphis,TN (3sons) Eric Turner, Tarus Turner, and a gifted son Luther Walton Jr.;all from Memphis, TN. (4 sisters) Margaret Turner, Dorothy Mae Turner, Corrine Turner, all from Holly Springs, MS and Ardella Turner from Tupelo,MS. (2 brothers) John Wesley Turner(Tamera) of Holly Springs,MS; James Earl Gatewood of Nashville, TN.
(3 god daughter's) Kivia Luellen, Angela Finnie&Lisa Griggs. (1 godson)-Dennis Brittenum (3 special friends) Tarsha Harris,Debra Finnie& Brenda Watson.
12 grandchildrens; 5 greatgrandchildrens; a host of Aunts, Uncles,Nieces, Nephews& Friends.
