Ebony Cordaja Seldon was born on June 22, 2004, in Germantown, TN, to BoDelfundric Davis and Corlis Seldon. On Friday, May 9, 2025, shewent to her heavenly home.

Ebony was the baby of the family, and she loved her entire family.  She was known for her hugs, and smiles; the sweetest, respectful young lady, a force to be reckoned with.  She enjoyed her Sunday movie dates with her mom and daughter.  While in school, she was very supportive of her friends. She loved singing, joking, and doing her hair.  She was a graduate of H.W. Byers High School Class of 2022.

She is proceeded in death by her great grandparents, Larry Seldon and Berneice Seldon.

Her memories will be cherished by her father: BoDelfundric Davis (Marcia) of Memphis, TN; mother: Corlis Seldon of Byhalia, MS; daughter: Amora Seldon of Byhalia, MS; siblings: Gregory Jackson, BoDelvante’ Davis, Joshua Conway, Damian Ayers, Nauvion Jones, Nauticya Jones; grandparents: Freddy Walton, Nancy Carol Davis-Cherry, Shirley Seldon, and Charlie Jones (Betty Ree); special great grandmother: Irene Seldon; godparents: Joshua & Christy Rubbin-Fuzz, and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS  38635.

Services will  be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 12:00 Noon, at Royal Chapel C.M.E. Church, 7085 Highway 72, Byhalia, MS  38611.

Body will lie in state one hour before service.

Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
