Earline Snow, 91, transitioned on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at her residence, Holly Springs, MS

Earline Brown was born February 20, 1933, to the late John & Dorthula Nunnally Brown in Holly Springs MS, on August 3, 2024, she transitioned at her home surrounded by loving family. 

Earline accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Grays Chapel C.M.E. Church in Holly Springs MS. She was employed as a cook at Rust College for 27 years and five years working at the Clothes Basket in Holly Springs, MS.

She was a woman of many talents and passions, who had a way of making ordinary people feel extraordinary but above all, she was a woman of extraordinary kindness who worked hard to feed, clothed, and provide shelter to everyone in need. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, dancing to music, singing, and fellowshipping with family and friends. She was always the life of the party.

Earline leaves to cherish her memories: Seven sons: Leroy Herman Snow (Betty) & Roy Lee Snow both proceeded her in death; Earnest Snow, David Snow, Michael Snow (Annette), Bobby Snow & Leon Snow (Jennifer) all reside in Holly Springs MS; five daughters: Corine Norton, Odessia Newton, Martha Jeffries (Virgil) all of Holly Springs, Jerlene Crutcher (Arthur) Memphis TN, & Sharon Hall (William) IL; three brothers: Columbus Brown, Jasper Brown & James Brown and four sisters: Elizabeth Payne, Easter McNeil, Ozell Elliott & Dorothy Cowan, all proceeded her in death; twenty-nine grandchildren, forty-five great grandchildren & 10  great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Special thank you and gratitude to Specialty Hospice Staff, Phylisha Snow and Janet Delbert for taking care of our precious mother and grandmother.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p., at Serenity Funeral Home, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS  38635

Services will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., at Serenity Funeral Home, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS  38635

Burial will take place at Gray's Chapel C.M.E. Church Cemetery, Holly Springs, MS
