Earlando “Boo Yega” Johnson began his earthly journey on November 5, 1973, to Nathaniel Warren and the late Francie Mae Wells Johnson in Red Banks, MS.
Earlando accepted Christ at an early age and united with Mt. Newell M.B. Church in Red Banks, MS.
As a student Earlando was a graduate of Holly Springs High School class of 1992.
Earlando's love knew no bounds. He poured his heart and soul into his five children: Desmond Davis of Byhalia, MS, Chymekia Watkins of Memphis, TN, Parish Johnson of Batesville, MS, Ky Norman, and Marcus Norman both of Olive Branch, MS. His loving father: Nathaniel Warren of Southaven, MS; He will also forever be cherished by his sisters and brother: Lenora Wells, Sandra Johnson, Margaret Johnson, Tameka Johnson, and Taronda Warren all of Red Banks, MS, Larry Johnson (Theonia) of Byhalia, MS; He also leaves a very special friend for many years Shareta Norman of Olive Branch, MS.
Earlando was preceded in death by his grandparents: Amelia Wells and Joe Guy, Adrianna Warren and Roosevelt Warren; mother: Francie Mae Wells Johnson; uncles: Edward Warren, James Warren, Danny Warren, Willie Wells, John Wells, Oliver Wells, and Curtis Jeffries; aunts: Retha Lee Warren, Rosie Jeffries, Bertha Wells, and Essie Wells; and a special cousin: Anthony “Wayne” Wells.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS 38635
Services will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at Mt. Newell M.B. Church, 1934 N. Red Banks Road, Red Banks, MS 38661
Burial will be in the Church Cemetery, 3082 Moore Road, Red Banks, MS 38661
