Dwight Holcomb, Jr. was born on May 14, 1976 to Dwight Holcomb, Sr. and the late Margie Allen Holcomb, in Ripley, MS. He transitioned on Friday, May 24, 2024, in Ashland, MS
Dwight accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Miracle Temple Salt and Light Ministries in Lamar, MS. He was a veteran who served in the United States Army. He was employed at Walmart in the loading department. He was a graduate of Ashland High School and attended Northwest Community College. He was a hardworking, who loved shopping, drawing, cooking, building model airplanes. He enjoyed watching football, and his favorite team was the Tennessee Titans.
Dwight leaves to cherish his memories: father: Dwight Holcomb, Sr. of Lamar, MS; two daughters: Aushia Buchanan of Nashville, TN and Azsa Holcomb of Oxford, MS; two brothers: Martinous Holcomb of Cordova, TN and Marco Holcomb of Lamar, MS; three sisters: Latayna Jenkins (George) of Jackson, TN, Vonsha Holcomb of Lamr, MS, and Danielle Holcomb of Memphis, TN; and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Dwight was preceded in death by his loving mother: Margie Allen Holcomb; and wife: Renee Holcomb.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS 38635
