Mr. Douglas James Hardin, 70, of Austin, MN, formerly of Holly Springs, MS, transitioned on Friday, February 3, 2024.
Douglas James Hardin, was born on April 28, 1953, to the late Wilson Douglas Hardin and Clemmie Mae Jones, in Holly Springs, MS. He transitioned on Saturday, February 3, 2024, in Austin, MN
His memories will be cherished by his two daughters: Savita Craine and Gremechia Hawkins, both of Memphis, TN; four brothers: Eddie Miller of Memphis, TN, Sammy Miller, Terry Miller and Nathaniel Miller all of Austin, MN; five sisters: Diane Scruggs of Austin, MN, Debra Miller of Olive Branch, MS, Shelly Mims of Rochester MN, Denise Hardin and Bernice Hardin both of Cleveland, OH; seven grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Douglas was preceded in death by his parents: Wilson Douglas Hardin and Clemmie Mae Jones; three brothers: Larry Miller, Tommy C. Miller, and Willie Melvin Miller; one sister: Paulette Brooks.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, 4:00 pm-6:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 North Memphis Street, Holly Springs, MS 38635
Services will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 12 Noon12:00 Noon, Chulahoma M.B. Church, 5509 Highway 4 West, Holly Springs, MS 38635
Burial will take place in Chulahoma M.B. Church Cemetery.
