Dolly Jean Warr was born on May 14, 1952, to the late Rev. Freddie Harrell and Mrs. Elnease Morris Morton, in Louise, Mississippi.
Dolly accepted Christ at an early age at the Church of the Living God, under the leadership of her grandfather, Pastor Samuel Morris. She later joined The Riverview Christian Church, under the leadership of Pastor Gregory Liggins, until her health failed
Dolly completed her high school journey in 1969, at Mitchell High School, where she was a Majorette. She also attended Emporia State in Kansas, where she majored in Interior Design.
Dolly was Employed by Burlington Northern Railroad
Dolly was a talented woman, that wore many hats; she could draw, upholster furniture, sew, and decorate houses. She also cared for a lot of people.
Dolly was blessed to have a Bonus Mom, Mrs. Fannie Harrell.
Dolly had several relatives to proceed her in death: her son Broderic J. Smith, grandson Mazio L. Smith, great grandson Brayden Smith, and her sister Linda Foots.
Dolly leaves to cherish her memories: four loving sons, Mario L. (Stephanie), Dominic, Lavorn Jr. (Lashay) and Darius; her siblings, Yvonne Gray, Isabelle Granger, Roxann Jackson, Freddie Harrell, Jr., Alvin Harrrell, Grace Harrell, Tammy Morrow, Trina Scales, Kevin Harrell, and Lashawn Harrell; eight amazing grandchildren, Broderic Smith, Jr., Kristen (Justin) Bulloch, Tasia Smith, Terrance Smith, Da’Kera Bass, Dominic Smith, Jr., Jazzmine Smith, and Terrany Smith; Dolly was blessed to see eleven great grandchildren, a god-daughter Carolyn Moss, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends to mourn her passing
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 am, Services will be at 12:00 noon, at Riverview Christian Church, 1982 Riverside Blvd., Memphis, TN 38109
