Deborah Ann Philippus Thomas, of New Albany, MS, was born April 12, 1959, in Blytheville, AR, to the late James Franklin Philippus, Sr., and Bonnie Sue Haynes.

She is survived by one daughter: Christie Marie Thomas Pannell (David), three grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren; her sisters: Gayla Pauline McKone Noel, Vicki Lynn Rayburg, and Pamela Philippus; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

She is proceeded in death by her parents: James Franklin Philippus, Sr., Bonnie Sue Haynes, and stepmother: Elizabeth Ann Cowles; siblings: James Franklin Philippus, Jr., Littie Marie Watkins and Robert Wayne Philippus.
