David Hervey

MR. DAVID LEE HERVEY, 57 years old, transitioned on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Oxford.

DAVID was born June 27, 1963 to the late Ruby Lee Caldwell Hervey and Charles Hervey.  He loved spending time with his family and loved ones; he had a great big heart and would give anyone his last.

DAVID is survived by his father, Charles Hervey, son, David Lee Hervey, Jr. of Waterloo, Iowa; daughter, Shaniece Robinson of Water Valley, MS; two sisters, Ruby Jean Barr and Theresa Hervey both of Water Valley, MS; four brothers, Charles Hervey and Willie Steve Hervey both of Water Valley, MS, Chris Hervey of New Albany, MS, Craig Baker of Tupelo, MS;  one grandson, Adrian Robinson, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

DAVID is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Lee Caldwell Hervey, grandparents, Callie and Charles Caldwell, Everlina and Ira Hervey, one sister, Linda Morgan.

Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 12:30p.m., at Union Hill C.M.E. Church Cemetery in Water Valley. Serenity-Daniels Funeral Home of Water Valley is in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 10a.m., until 12 Noon at the funeral home.
