Darryl Tyrone Winston

Darryl Tyrone Winston, was born on June 30, 1965, to the late Rozell Winston and Edna Winston, in Memphis, TN.  On Saturday, December 2, 2023, he transitioned at his residence in Holly Springs, MS.

He accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Sandhill M.B. Church in Lamar, MS.  Darryl enjoyed shooting pool, building model cars, and maintaining his lawn.

He leaves to cherish his memories: wife Annette Winston of Holly Springs, MS; three daughters Chanel Winston of Memphis, TN, Belinda Briggs of Holly Springs, MS, and Malinda Briggs (Marcus) of Collierville, TN; one son; five brothers; two sisters; eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Darryl was preceded in death by his loving parents Rozell Winston and Edna Winston; and two brothers.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023,  4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS  38635

Services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at Miracle Temple Salt & Light Ministries, 11226 Allen Corner Road, Lamar,  MS  38642.

Burial will take place at Sandhill M.B. Church Cemetery, 10695 Lamar Rd., Lamar, MS  38642
