Curtis Wayne Elks, 36, of Potts Camp, MS, transitioned on Monday, January 15, 2024, at his residence.

Curtis Wayne Elks was born in Memphis, TN, on November 16, 1987, to Timothy Elks and Angelia Elks of Potts Camp, Mississippi. On Monday, January 15, 2024, he went home to be with the Lord.

He loved racing, working on older vehicles and spending time with his family; he was a self-employed mechanic.

His memories will be cherished by his wife:  Kristina Elks of Potts Camp, MS; two sons: Wayne Daniel Elks and Tanner Lee Elks of Potts Camp, MS; two daughters: Heidi June Elks and Abigail Marie Elks of Potts Camp, MS; father: Timothy Elks of Potts Camp, MS; mother: Angelia Elks of Potts Camp, MS; one brother: Christopher Ryan Elks of Iuka, MS; one sister: Sandra Hymens (Bobby) of Potts Camp, MS;  a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024, 12:00 Noon until 6:00 p.m., at his shop  at 34 Reid’s Alley, Potts Camp, MS 38659
