Bobby B. Marion, 42, of Del Valle, TX, transitioned on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in San Antonio, TX. 

Mr. Bobby B. Marion of Memphis, TN, was born on April 18, 1982, to Abaigail Kimmons of Memphis, TN, and the late Clifford Marion, of Holly Springs, MS. On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, he transitioned in San Antonio, TX.

Bobby attended school in Memphis throughout his childhood. He confessed Christ at a very young age and attended Faith Temple COGIC. He later became a member of Overcoming Faith Christian Church.

Bobby was a father to seven children: Imani Miller, Bobby Watkins, Brennan Watkins, Braelyn Watkins, Bailey Watkins, Bryson Watkins and Braxton Watkins; he was also a bonus father to Brianna and Brandon Watkins. He was a proud grandfather to Braelyn and J’Lani. He was an amazing creator, who liked to work with his hands.

Bobby was proceeded in death by his father, Clifford Marion; daughter, Braelyn Watkins; and his nephew, London Marion.

Bobby leaves to cherish his memories, his mother: Abaigail Kimmons; his life partner: Margaret Watkins; his eight children: Imani, Bobby, Brennan, Bailey, Bryson, Braxton, Brianna and Brandon; two grandchildren: Braelyn, J’Lani; seven sisters: Martique Trice (Ernest), Zameria Dancer (Timothy), Marcea Marion, all of Memphis, TN, Parris Marion (Quintillis) of Horn Lake, MS, Amber Gray and Jakayla Brooks; two brothers: Dedrick Faulkner (Kamisha) of Olive Branch, MS; two special aunts: Gloria Luellen of Memphis, TN, and Korene Marion of Holly Springs, MS, and many nephews and nieces, as wells as great nieces and great nephews. Bobby was so proud to be a father, and always acknowledged himself as his mother’s favorite child, and so did his sisters. He was the epitome of love, protection, kindness and what a true disciple of God is. Words will never be enough to express what was felt when Bobby was around.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS  38635.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 12:00 Noon, at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS  38635.

Burial will take place at Cottrell Memorial Gardens, 450 NW Boundary St., Holly Springs, MS  38635
