Bobby Jean Bobo, 84, departed this life Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Saint Francis Hospital, Bartlett, TN.  She was born November 8, 1940 in Pontotoc, MS to Coy Bobo and Autro Neal King.

She was employed as a cook in the restaurant industry.

To cherish her memories she is survived by  her children; James Edward Porter and Terry Wayne Porter both of Peoria, IL, Dorothy Mylynn Mitchell of TN, and Roseita Bobo Kouns of Washington, IL, 

She was preceded in death by her son; Darnell Porter,

Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., and Service will be at 1:00 p.m., at Highway 178 Church of Christ, 1285  State Highway 178 East., New Albany, MS  38652.

Burial will take place at Union Grove M.B. Church Cemetery, New Albany, MS.
