Antonio DeShawn Brown, "Tony Tony", 35, of Byhalia, MS, transitioned on Friday, November 7, 2025, in Memphis, TN.
Mr. Antonio DeShawn Brown known as “Tony Tony” was born December 28, 1989, in Memphis, TN, to John Henry Smith and Marilyn Brown.
Antonio was an awesome father, brother, a wonderful uncle, and a real true friend. If you knew him, you knew that he loved everyone unconditionally.
Antonio departed this life on Friday November 7, 2025.
Antonio leaves to cherish his loving memories father: John Henry Smith (Paulette) of Byhalia, MS; mothers: Julie May Sharp and Marilyn Brown both of Byhalia, MS; one son: Azavier Makyle Rustin of Byhalia, MS; one daughter: Moana Lindsey of Byhalia, MS; nine brothers: James Sharp, Sr., Donzell Sharp, Conell Sharp, Calvin Sharp, Dequavian Smith, Adrick Mims, LaJaveon White, DeMarcus Brown, and Eric Brown all of Byhalia, MS; eight sisters: Peggy Akins, Anita Sharp, Jamiya Smith, Porscha Mims, Reshunna Sanders, Jamiya Todd, Katrina Brown, and Denise Brown all of Byhalia, MS; special aunt: Pamela Renee Sharp of Holly Springs, MS; and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Antonio was preceded in death by his grandfather: James Saulsberry; grandmothers: Dorothy Jean Smith and Mablean Medlock; one brother: MC Sharp, III.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS 38635.
Body will lie in state one hour before service.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at St. Paul M.B. Church, 1393 State Hwy 309 South, Byhalia, MS 38611.
Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
