MEMPHIS, TN formerly of HOLLY SPRINGS, MS- Ms. Lula Bell Duncan, 49,  Lula Bell departed this life Wednesday, March 21, at 8:39 p.m. at her home. She was the daughter of the late Reddick Duncan and Lula Mae Summlers Duncan. She was born October 28, 1968 in Memphis, TN. Lula professed a hope in Christ at an early age and joined Ball Hill CME Church in Ripley, MS until she moved to Memphis, TN and joined Jesus People Church.

Services will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 12 Noon at Pleasant Grove M.B. Church in Red Banks, MS. Burial will take place in the church cemetery. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home of Holly Springs is in charge of the arrangements.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter: Angela Duncan and son Lecester Duncan both of Memphis, TN, two sisters: Delois (Coley) Jackson of Memphis, TN, and Willie Eve Duncan of Holly Springs, MS, a brother: Stanley Wayne Duncan of Memphis, TN, she also leaves three aunts: Mary Macklin (Henry), Liza Thomas and Lizz Whitten (Jimmy) all of Memphis, TN and one grandson: Cayden Mabon, who she loved very much, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 11a.m. until service time at the church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: George Reddick Duncan, Charles Edward Duncan, one sister, Barbara  Jean Duncan.

 

You left us early, but God needed you more, no more pain and suffering, we will always love and truly miss you. Your Sisters & Brother

 

Momma, we miss you so much already, God needed you more until we meet again, we love you forever and always.
