Mrs. Effie Mae (Kimbrough) Gray

Aurora, IL formerly of Holly Springs, MS - Mrs. Effie Mae Kimbrough Gray, 48, transitioned on Friday May 3, 2019 at Rush Copley Hospital in Aurora, IL.  She was born on November 1, 1970 in Holly Springs, MS to the late David Kimbrough Jr. and Magnolia Malone Dowdy.  

Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dewitt Glover officiating.  Serenity-Autry Funeral Home of Holly Springs is in charge of the arrangements.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories:  her husband David Gray, one son David M. Gray, one daughter Samaria S. Gray, two goddaughters Paulette Jordan and Jaquita Miles, and thirteen grandchildren all of Aurora, IL.  She also leaves her step-father John Lee Dowdy, nine brothers and seven sisters, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
