Mr. David Porter

ASHLAND- Mr. David Porter, 62, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born on June 9, 1956 in Ashland, MS to the late Hardy Porter and Maloda Crane Porter.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 11a.m. at South Ashland Church of Christ on 14841 Hwy 5 in Ashland. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home of Holly Springs is in charge of the arrangements.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife: Lesia Porter. Two sons: Dareion Porter of Ashland, MS and Montriece Smith of Memphis, TN. Two daughters: Keiarra Porter of Ashland, MS and Nicole Kimmons of Holly Springs, MS. He also leaves one brother: Johnny Porter of Norfolk, VA. One sister: Mattie Mae Porter of Chicago, IL. Five grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 7, 2018 from 3-6p.m. at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home Chapel in Holly Springs.
