Deacon Wesley Louder, Jr

WATER VALLEY- Deacon Wesley Louder, Jr., 80, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Oxford Health & Rehab. He was born on February 18, 1938 in Eufaula, AL to the late Wesley Louder, Sr., and Jurutha Jones. He was employed with W.L. Trucking until his retirement. He was a faithful, dedicated member at House of Prayer Church of God in Christ in Water Valley under the leadership of Supt. Moses Wright, where he served on the Deacon Board until his health begin to fail him.
Services will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 11a.m. at House of Prayer Church of God in Christ in Water Valley with Supt. Moses Wright-Pastor and Elder Freeman Willingham delivering the eulogy. Burial will take place at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Water Valley. Serenity-Daniels Funeral Home of Water Valley is in charge of the arrangements.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife: Janie Louder of Water Valley. Two sons: Gregory Foster and Wesley Foster both of Chicago, IL. Two sisters: Patricia Mayes of Chicago, IL and Liza Foster of Houston, TX. Three brothers: Andrew Mencer of Birmingham, AL, Willie L. Louder and Aaron L. Louder both of Columbus, GA. Five sisters: Annie Ruth Johnson of Detroit, MI, Dorthy Stanford of Alabama, Emma Jean Stanford of Florida, Mary White of Ohio and Jewel Williams of Florida. Six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Friday, March 16, 2018 from 5-7p.m. at Serenity-Daniels Funeral Home Chapel in Water Valley.
