Billy Joe Spiller

I was a class mate and played football with BJS in high school, what an incredible person. He was a strong man then and I suspect that he left this world in similar fashion. One thought of him as an athlete, he was the biggest running back we had (big enough to play on the O-Line @ Daniel High School) ) and had a straight-up running (similar to Eric Dickerson). He was hard to tackle. He's not tackled to this day, just running for a different team.

Billy was the most amazing man. We had worked together at my synagogue. Everyone loved him and he had the most amazing way with adults and kids. We lost touch for a few years . I can say that he left such wonderful impression of what a human being can be.
